Recruitment Process:

Find out how the nt3 recruitment process works.

Browsing profiles is free of charge to Registered Employers.

If you don’t find appropriate Job Seekers that are currently registered with nt3, then simply post a free Ad on our Job Board.  If there are a number of apparently suitable Job Seekers, you can then choose up to 5 candidates for one very low fee.

Having paid to proceed, you make a ‘contact request’ to the suitable Job Seekers who will receive your company profile and your request to make contact.  With the Job Seekers permission their contact details will be released to you and you will have the opportunity to arrange a full interview.

Should none of the 5 authorise contact, you will be given a ‘credit’ and you will be able to choose up to 5 additional Job Seekers. nt3 regularly keeps in touch with Job Seekers to ensure that their availability is kept as up to date as possible.

Employment is a contract between two parties, one being the employer and the other being the employee. An employee may be defined as: A person in the service of another under any contract of hire, express or implied, oral or written, where the employer has the power or right to control and direct the employee in the material details of how the work is to be performed.

In a commercial setting, the employer conceives of a productive activity, generally with the intention of creating profits, and the employee contributes labour to the enterprise, usually in return for payment of wages.

Employment also exists in the public, non-profit and household sectors. Labourers often talk of "getting a job", or "having a job". An employer is a person or institution that hires employees or workers. Employers offer wages or a salary to the workers in exchange for the worker's labor power, depending upon whether the employee is paid by the hour or a set rate per pay period. A salaried employee is typically not paid more for more hours worked than the minimum, whereas wages are paid for all hours worked, including overtime.
